A homeowner experienced knee deep flooding at her home on Memorial Day. The family has been cleaning up debris and recently received a violation notice that more needed to be cleaned up. The HOA brought in dumpsters for the homeowners but all the dumpsters were full so she left the debris piled in her front yard.
