Next-door neighbors are heading to court because of cigarette and marijuana smoke seeping into a non smoking home. The non-smoking neighbors just want the cracks in the common wall to be repaired so the smoke will not seep into their home where their young children live. The smoking neighbor wants nothing to do with ending the problem.
