Homeowners association pulled the plug on Michigan woman's eco-friendly Chevy Volt

A woman with a hybrid vehicle was plugging her car into the electrical outlet in her garage.  The board who pays for the electric in the resident garages, turned off the power to her garage because they did not want to pay her bill to charge her car.  She had offered to pay the additional charges on the electric bill but they denied that.  She now charges her car from an outlet in her home running an extension cord through her home and across walking paths.
