A homeowners association is trying to force a resident to surrender her house for unpaid bills.    They have tried to get her to bring her property into compliance and the county has paid to clean up her property and the cost, covered by the homeowners association, has yet to be paid back by the homeowner.  Now, they just want her gone and hope someone else will move in and clean it up.
