A man was informed by the property manager that he must retrieve boxes, that he threw in the dumpster after replacing his window blinds, or be arrested.  When he went in the dumpster to retrieve the boxes, he injured his left knee and leg.  He is now suing the property manager, the insurance company and the condominium association.
