Dispute over Fire Ridge homeowner's backyard wonderland is headed to court

A man gets approval to build a backyard wonderland that includes an infinity pool, a sport court and a putting green.  Once built there are neighbors who thought it was out of character for the neighborhood and now they are going to court.
