An arthritic woman fought to get her association to change their policy to help her avoid dangerous conditions when it snows. Currently the association only removes snow when there is 2 inches on the sidewalk and 3 inches on the parking lot. For a woman with disabilities, this causes the homeowner great risk. She pursued a change to this policy to have them remove snow earlier, than stated, to avoid hazardous conditions and a settlement has been reached.
