A pipe in a unit above a condominium burst, causing severe flooding in a bottom floor unit. The property management did minor cleaning but did not replace the carpet and pads or remove the mold. The condominium owner is now trying to get her home repaired and the furnishings replaced as stated the board must do in the Bylaws.
