If you did this on your own, try and get each provider to reduce their rate on what you are going to owe (this is what an attorney does), and hopefully they will accept a discount in lieu of an immediate payment.Once the at fault party settles (accepting responsibility) then the amount of money which was applied to your deductible will also be removed.~~
